Location: Belgium, onboarding in Sint-Truiden with team get-togethers across Belgium
Start Date: February/March 2025

As our VP Sales for Europe, you’ll lead a growing team, play a key role in guiding large, VIP, and enterprise deals, and report directly to our Co-CEO, Astrid. This is your opportunity to shape strategy, inspire your team, and make a tangible impact across Europe.

This role focuses on strategic people management, empowering you to lead and mentor a growing sales team of around 9 FTEs. While you won’t have an individual sales quota, you’ll actively support large/VIP deals and negotiations to ensure team success.

Bring your track record of success in Software/SaaS sales to a leadership role where your experience will shine. You’ll guide your team, foster development, and ensure growth in a complex, solution-based sales environment.

Work Directly with Leadership 📊
As a key member of the leadership team, you’ll report directly to Astrid, our Co-CEO. Your insights and strategic input will shape our European sales strategy, ensuring alignment with the company’s broader goals and vision.

Shape and Execute Strategy 📈
Take charge of a comprehensive sales plan tailored to European markets. Identify key opportunities, foster relationships with decision-makers, and support your team in driving expansion into untapped territories. Collaborate closely with marketing to align sales and demand generation efforts.

We’re at the forefront of GovTech mobility, and your leadership will be critical in driving adoption of our solutions. From guiding your team in securing deals in new municipalities to increasing our footprint in existing markets, your impact will be felt across Europe.

Job requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Sales Leadership Experience: 10+ years of sales experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role with people management responsibilities.

  • Track Record in Software/SaaS Sales: Proven success in selling Software/SaaS/IT solutions, particularly in complex, solution-based environments.

  • Public Sector Expertise: Strong understanding of selling into public sector clients, government bodies, municipalities, or police forces in Europe (B2G/Govtech).

  • Team Builder: Experience managing and growing a high-performing sales team, ideally in a scale-up environment, with a focus on aligning sales and marketing strategies.

  • Visionary Leader: Ability to align the team’s efforts with the company’s strategic goals and inspire your team to achieve ambitious results.

  • Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in additional European languages (e.g. Dutch, French or German) is a strong advantage.

  • Relationship Builder: Skilled in developing and maintaining relationships with high-level stakeholders, including mayors, city officials, and government decision-makers.

  • Data-Driven Approach: You make decisions based on insights and effectively use CRM tools and analytics to guide strategy and performance.
