Role: Customer Success Manager - Dutch speaking

Start Date: March-April 2025

Location: Sint Truiden 2 days per week at our beautiful offices based out of the Droneport

  • Smooth onboarding and configuration of our software tailored to their needs.

Your Impact: Lead the Customer Journey

🎯 Champion Customer Success:
Be the go-to person for onboarding, configuration, and ensuring our solutions meet customer expectations.

💬 Customer Advocate:
Serve as the voice of the customer, sharing valuable insights with our product, engineering, and support teams.

🔧 Problem Solver:
Roll up your sleeves to address technical challenges, configuring the software to align with customer needs.

🤝 Collaborator:
Work closely with our development and support teams to improve our processes and build strong client relationships.

Job requirements

What We’re Looking For in You

  • Strong customer-centric communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

  • Technically savvy with a solid understanding of software configuration.

  • Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a can-do attitude.

  • Collaborative spirit with the ability to work cross-functionally.

  • Fluent in English, and Dutch, French is a big plus!
