📍 Location: We operate a hybrid model with 2 days at our fabulous office in the Droneport incubator campus in Sint-Truiden, the rest of the time at home ,with occasional visits to clients for meetings or project follow-ups.

Customer Success Manager, you’ll be the bridge between our innovative SaaS solutions and the cities, municipalities, or policezones You’ll bring our InTouch software to life for clients — guiding them through setup and configuration, and making sure their experience is smooth, engaging, and impactful from day one. What You’ll Be Doing

💻 Lead successful rollouts. You’ll take the lead in rolling out and configuring our InTouch software for new clients, making sure their onboarding experience is smooth, engaging, and built on trust.

💬 Train Provide training sessions that make customers feel confident and capable.

⚙️ Turn challenges into solutions. You’ll master our product inside out and translate customer challenges into smart, hands-on solutions. You’ll build and configure setups that create real impact, satisfaction, and long-term partnerships with our clients.

🤝 Build strong relationships. You’ll stay closely connected with clients, offering proactive support and ensuring they always feel guided, valued, and heard.

💬 Be the customer’s voice. You’ll represent our clients within InTouch, gathering feedback, sharing insights, and working with teams to make our products and services even better every day.

📈 Spot opportunities — Identify upsell potential and help clients scale their use of our solutions.

  • A natural customer champion who loves helping others succeed.

  • Strong communicator, you make complex things simple and build trust with every interaction.

  • Hands-on problem solver with an analytical mindset and a good understanding of software configuration.

  • Experience with project-based work, training delivery, and process optimization.

  • Proactive, entrepreneurial, and eager to learn, you take ownership and make things happen.

  • Comfortable switching between Dutch, English and maybe French? Even better! 🇧🇪
