Location: We operate a hybrid model with 2 days at our fabulous office in the Droneport incubator campus in Sint-Truiden, the rest of the time at home

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Mentor & Coach: Conduct regular 1:1s to give meaningful feedback, clear roadblocks, and champion professional development. You’re the go-to person for career growth chats and morale boosts. ✨

  • Scrum Master: Step in to facilitate Scrum ceremonies for some of our teams. Keep those daily stand-ups snappy and our backlog clean. No more “Wait, who’s doing that again?” moments. 🙋🏼‍♂️

  • Process Optimizer: Own and refine workflows, ensuring a fast flow of work without piling up chaos. Agile with Scrum or Kanban, a dash of fairy dust—whatever it takes to keep us shipping awesome features. ➡️

  • Collaboration Facilitator: You’re not here to dictate the tech stack; you’re here to make sure everyone’s voice is heard and the decision-making is clear. Think of yourself as the unbiased referee, not the star striker. 🛠️

  • Team Builder: Help shape the future of our engineering org by recruiting top talent, welcoming them onboard, and fostering a “No Blame” culture built on trust and collaboration. 👥

🛠️ Skills & Experience

  • Scrum and Kanban Know-How: You’ve facilitated sprints, retros, and stand-ups before. JIRA boards and Kanban metrics don’t scare you – they excite you.

  • Technical Background (Bonus): You’re comfortable enough with software or data to understand the engineers’ context, but you don’t need to be the one writing the code. You just make sure it gets done right.

  • People-First Mindset: You’re passionate about coaching and leadership, with a track record of successful 1:1s, team-building, and performance conversations.
