At InTouch, we build smart software that helps local governments keep roads safe and cities enjoyable. Our tools automate traffic enforcement—like speeding and parking violations—so municipalities can do more with less. In Europe, we’ve already helped 300+ cities get in control. Now, it’s time for the US.

As our VP of Sales US, you’ll take the lead on our American adventure. You’ll be the first boots on the ground—building relationships with resellers, municipalities, spotting local market opportunities, and shaping our US go-to-market strategy. You’ll work closely with our Product and Customer Success teams to make sure our solutions fit like a glove for US clients. You’ll report directly to our co-CEO, and have the freedom (and responsibility) to turn InTouch US into a major GovTech player.

Proven track record in traffic enforcement 🚗

Your experience in Traffic Enforcement (speeding and/or parking enforcement) will help accelerate InTouch’s US expansion. You’ll identify key local resellers and partners to position our GovTech solutions as the top choice for municipalities and local governments.

Bring your track record of success in Software/SaaS sales to a leadership role where your experience will shine.

Shape and execute strategy 📈

Take charge of a comprehensive sales plan tailored to US markets. Identify key opportunities, foster relationships with decision-makers, and drive expansion into untapped territories. Collaborate closely with marketing to align sales and demand generation efforts.

Job requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Relevant sales experience: 10+ years of sales experience. You’ll be able to build our US sales team from scratch. We’re looking for a strategic thinker who is not afraid of getting their hands dirty and pushing sales through. This person will build a team in the longer term.

  • Track record in traffic enforcement sector: Experience in the traffic enforcement sector in the US. This includes both speeding enforcement and parking enforcement. 

  • Public sector expertise: Strong understanding of selling into public sector clients, government bodies, municipalities, or police forces in the US (B2G/Govtech).

  • Track record in software/SaaS sales: Proven success in selling Software/SaaS/IT solutions, particularly in complex, solution-based environments.

  • Relationship builder: Skilled in developing and maintaining relationships with high-level stakeholders, including mayors, city officials, and government decision-makers.

  • Data-driven approach: You make decisions based on insights and effectively use CRM tools and analytics to guide strategy and performance.
