What you’ll do 🔧

As a Java Developer at InTouch, you’ll become an expert in our core applications. You’ll work in an environment where stability and reliability are key, and you’ll receive guidance from experienced colleagues while learning the ins and outs of our codebase.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Maintain & improve: Analyze existing logic and write high-quality code to extend and optimize our applications.

  • Craftsmanship: Translate complex business logic into code within a stable enterprise environment.

  • Problem-solving: Implement new features or debug complex systems, ensuring sustainable solutions.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with your team to guarantee continuity and reliability in our services.

Job requirements

Who you are 🌟

  • You're a driven and curious teamplayer, and love understanding how complex systems work under the hood.

  • You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s in IT (or are close to graduating).

  • Solid experience with Java (SE/EE) and a deep understanding of Object-Oriented Programming.

  • Interested in (or experienced with) relational databases and SQL. 

  • Eager to learn and patient enough to get familiar with a large, established codebase. 

  • Fluent in Dutch and have a professional command of English.
