📍 Location: We operate a hybrid model with 2 days at our fabulous office in the Droneport incubator campus in Sint-Truiden, the rest of the time at home

What You’ll Be Doing

Day-to-day, you will:

  • Design, scale, and improve our infrastructure (Kubernetes, Azure Cloud, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, Grafana stack, automation).

  • Introduce new concepts and shape our technology landscape.

  • Collaborate with motivated teammates who are passionate about raising the bar for engineering excellence.

Job requirements

What you bring

🛠️ Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience designing and operating scalable, high-availability infrastructure with a strong focus on cloud-native platforms, automation, and reliability.

  • Proven track record in leading transformation projects, migrating legacy systems to modern stacks, and mentoring engineers while fostering collaboration and technical excellence.

  • Hands-on expertise with Terraform, Kubernetes, Azure, Grafana stack, and building CI/CD pipelines (Bitbucket Pipelines and/or GitHub Actions).

  • Passion for best practices and delivering stable, reliable, and cost-effective solutions that support long-term ambitions.

  • Ability to turn vision into action by defining project plans, assessing risks, and ensuring quality and on-time delivery.

👌🏼Nice to have:

  • Experience with Ansible for automation and configuration management.

  • Familiarity with Helm and ArgoCD for Kubernetes application management.

  • Knowledge of security best practices in cloud and containerized environments.
