Job description

Role: Product Manager
Location: Leuven/Sint-Truiden (2 days at our lovely office in the beautiful Droneport incubator building) Start date: TBD

The Product Manager we're looking for

At InTouch, a great product isn't a list of features. It's a clear vision, the right priorities, and a team that knows exactly why they're building it. We run three core products, and as Product Manager, you'll own one of them end to end: the vision, the roadmap, and the developers who bring it to life.

You don't just define the what, you manage the who, and you're just as comfortable setting the roadmap as rolling up your sleeves to build it with your team. We're revolutionizing how cities manage mobility and enforcement, and we need someone who can turn that ambition into a product customers fall in love with: someone who wears multiple hats without blinking, thrives in a high-paced environment, and gets energized rather than exhausted by the pressure of scaling a product organization internationally. 🚀

What you’ll be doing

  • You are the CEO of your product: you set the strategic direction  in line with company goals and market demand, you build and manage the roadmap, the team and the economics.

  • Lead close to the work. Directly manage and coach a small team of developers, join refinements and sprint reviews, and spar on complex user stories, no Product Owner in between, you own that relationship yourself.

  • Shape and innovate the (product) organization. Technology evolves fast and we’ll count on you to follow innovation trends and implement  them within your team, your product and the broader organization. Align stakeholders & drive go-to-market. Bring Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Leadership together around product choices, and lead activation for new features, from go-to-market plans to sales enablement and adoption tracking.

  • Turn insight into action. Translate data, customer feedback, and market trends into real improvements, so InTouch stays ahead.

What are we looking for in you?

  • Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience), with 5+ years of experience in product management.

  • Previous experience working in a high-paced startup or scale-up, ideally in a B2B environment.

  • Proven track record managing cross-functional stakeholders and owning execution from A to Z."

  • Experience in leading and managing a team of developers, from daily guidance to sprint rhythm.

  • You're analytical and creative: you think in terms of solutions rather than problems, backed by a solid grip on agile ways of working, roadmap management, and KPI-driven decision making.

  • Ownership mentality: you don't wait to be told what to do, you spot what needs fixing, propose a way forward, and run with it, even when the playbook isn't written yet.

  • Strong people skills: you communicate clearly, give direct feedback, and know how to bring people along, whether that's a developer or a stakeholder.

  • You are fluent in written and spoken Dutch and English.

What we offer

  • 🌟 Challenging work with real impact. Be part of a fast-growing SaaS B2B scale-up on a mission to transform the way mobility is managed, combining strategic ownership with real hands-on influence over where the product goes next.

  • 🤖 Strong leadership. Tom is our CEO, he's all about open feedback and communication. Quality is key for him, but so is taking initiative. Mistakes are part of the learning process. He's a big fan of collaboration and continuous improvement, and you'll be working closely with him to keep product and engineering aligned. Could you see yourself getting on board with that?

  • 💪 Empowerment & ownership. We believe in ownership, you'll have a high degree of autonomy to shape the product, guide a small group of developers, and influence how we work together.

  • 🎉 Collaborative & fun team. You'll join a team of 15+ Engineers (FE/BE/QA/Devops), with a small subteam of developers looking to you for direction. We value innovation, precision, and results as much as we value having a laugh, sharing knowledge, and building each other up.

  • 📚 Growth, for you and the company. Be part of a high-growth company with a rapidly expanding footprint, and grow right along with it: conferences, training sessions, and real opportunities to develop professionally and become your best self.

  • 🏡 Hybrid & flexible work. Enjoy a balanced lifestyle with flexible hours and a hybrid work environment centered around our hub in Sint-Truiden.

  • 🤑A competitive salary, annual training budget, company car with fuel card, optional e-bike lease, 20 holiday days + 12 ADV days, Alan health cover, hospitalisation and group insurance, flexible use of your 13th month, mobile subscription, net allowance plus meal vouchers and Eco Cheques.
